Mark's Ethos
"I have deep respect for people's sense of individuality. I NEVER TELL YOU anything (I wonder how you felt when someone last said "I tell you how you feel". And I wonder how it was when someone ASKED how you felt?
In a lot of pop psychology we hear about "bad emotions" or "good emotions". Emotions are emotions - we are are human and your emotions are valid. Here's an example - if you live in London sometimes you probably will feel frustrated at the city, the traffic and other people. Only a dummy would tell you "that is bad emotion" (that or they have never caught public transport!). The crucial factor is how you deal with your emotions. They all need an outlet - the healthier the better. And that is where I can help you.
I trust your resourcefulness and wisdom. Using various techniques we can unlock it - and you will be amazed at just how capable, strong and confident you are in areas of your life you perhaps hadn't realised. The result is a more self-determined, independent, confident and happier you."
