Hypnosis

Hypnosis is fantastic at creating rapid change in what we do and how we think. It seems to reach the parts that other therapies can't always get to. Best used for reducing stress, quitting habits, improving performance, helping with weight-loss & improving sleep it can help with almost all areas of life.

Although it used (and often misused) in illusion and magic BUT it's clinical uses are far more useful and far-reaching. First developed as an analgesic in dentistry, then championed by Freud, it is now widely used and accepted in mainstream medicine and mental health.
