Sessions are scheduled subject to Mark’s availability and on a first come first served basis. Sometimes there might be a waiting list before your first appointment.

Initial appointments last 90 minutes. If for any reason you do not wish to continue after 30 minutes you will not be charged. Subsequent appointments last just over an hour.
