How many sessions will I need?
That depends. Mark specialises in brief therapy. Many studies have shown it can often be AS effective as longer term work (Koss & Shiang, 1994).
Sometimes clients need just 2 or 3 sessions, for other deeper issues our work together may span a few months or a year. In your first session you will be able to openly discuss this, gain a better idea of what might be needed and clarify what the objectives are.

Is hypnosis safe?
Absolutely. You are in control at all times. You cannot be made to do anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. The Safe, Intentional Hypnosis used during your sessions, is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to enter a safe, trance-like state, in which one can communicate directly with the subconscious and issue safe instructions or "suggestions".
Yes! Everyone can be. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. It's an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing experience.
How much time do I need to allow for each appointment?
Your first appointment will last 90 minutes.
Subsequent appointments last 60-75 minutes
What is the cost?
Charges for short-term work are £150 per session.
For longer-term Psychotherapy £110 per hour.

What if I am not sure?
Before you embark on any therapy, development or coaching work it is understandable and normal to be a bit nervous. This will soon disappear. If after 30 minutes of your first appointment either you or Mark decide he is not the right person to help you, you do not have to pay and he will give you some alternative ideas. This provides peace of mind and best practice for everyone.
